Did you know that four banks in the US have been closed by whatever agency it is that regulates banks here? That's four banks THIS year - so in less than three weeks. 140 were closed last year.

And they wonder why their economy is in a mess - how many friggin' banks are there in this country????

And it was announced that the Pres will be at the MLK celebration on Monday. So hangin' with the Obamas again apparently. Yup, no big deal.

Today, I'm off to the zoo! And since I have the apartment to myself, I'm having a fellow fellow over for dinner. Well, I say over as it will be located here, but I imagine he'll actually do the cooking....
